Pet fees are as follows:
Pet Deposit (refundable) : $300
Pet Fee (non-refundable) : $250
Monthly Pet Rent: $50 per/month/dog $35 per/month/cat
Two pet limit. 150lb combined weight.
Breed restrictions apply.
